Description
This paper describes the performance of modified asphalt concrete used for taxiways of international airport. Surface distress such as rutting and cracking was monitored and physical properties of the asphalt concrete were measured using samples taken from the site. The results of our investigation have provided answers concerning applicability of modified asphalt for pavement of airport taxiways subject to heavy loads.
